ORDERING FROM US:

You may place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We can login to the website at anytime and view your order, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order.  When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a)    where goods are not available;
(b)    where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
(c)    if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)    if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

PRICING

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a)    you can notify us by email to customerservice@isolutionlighting.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b)    where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below.

Returns
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

Cancellations
If you pay by charge card and if you cancel your order you have until the product is shipped, usually 2-3 days to cancel with a 100% refund.  Once the order has been shipped from the manufacture, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. 

Custom orders are refundable for 3 days from date of order, after that time the manufacturing process has begun and there will be a prorated refund based on completion of the item up to 50% of the item cost. Please contact us and advise us of a cancellation intent and allow us to workout a solution to your concerns.  If a resolution cannot be made, we will stop the manufacturing process immediately and advise you as to the charges and refund expected.

Refunds may take up to 30 business days for reimbursement by credit card, money order or bank transfer upon formal receipt of cancellation
